DEM periodicaly stucks at logon

Have a nice day, everyone!
I am collecting logon metrics using Horion Logon Monitor and found that DEM periodically stuck at logon
Below, you can see all DEM log messages across a particular logon
According to this information, DEM was stuck before profile redirection
Can anyone help me understand what promlem is?
