Hi

I've recently installed a DEM console on a VM for testing purpose and I have created a shared folder with the requested permissions to store the config files, etc.

After the DEM console installation I've tried to create a Microsoft Office application config file based on Office templates but it shows an empty config file...

However when I check the following tutorial it shows the same folder full of applications to configurate:

So what am I missing??

Thanks

Those only show up if you run "Easy Start" on first run of the Management Console (or rather, only shows up if you have an empty Config directory)

As soon as you create any settings file/policy in that config directory it's detected as used and will hide the button (see screen shots)

Used Config directory:

Empty config directory:

If you really want the files, you can create a new empty UNC share and add it as an environment in the Management Console, connect to it, run Easy Start, and then copy what files you want from the temp share you've made over to your production environment..
