Hello, I am coming back with some guidance on the topic discussed above. For issues like the one described in this post, internal Omnissa teams suggested that the best course of action for customers would be to: 1. Contact your Omnissa account owner/manager and ask them to escalate the issue. 2. Contact Omnissa support phone lines for assistance.
