M-Ali
I'm trying to install Horizon Client in a Windows Desktop, but I get an error "Install failed". How should I troubleshoot this issue and what is the cause for it?

Employee Victor León Posted Tuesday at 07:39 PM Employee Share Posted Tuesday at 07:39 PM Hello, When you install the Windows-based components, the installation log is created at %TEMP%\vminst.log_date_timestamp. In addition, an MSI installation log is created at %TEMP%\vmmsi.log_date_timestamp. GoShen
The logs should indicate if the pre-reqs failed to install as well. You can also check the windows event logs in the applications node.
